- Providing end to end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including coaching leaders through performance, remuneration, talent, and succession processes.
- Managing employee relations matters end to end, ensuring procedural fairness, sound judgement, and risk mitigation.
- Partnering with leaders to support change management initiatives and organisational change activity, with guidance from senior HR leadership.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business priorities.
You are a capable and confident HR Generalist or HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business and adding value through practical advice and strong relationships. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a complex, commercial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations and confidence managing matters end to end.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer, or large multi site organisations will be highly regarded.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
