    About the Role:

    Reporting to an Senior Head of HR, this is a hands on HR Business Partner opportunity supporting a defined client group within a dynamic and evolving environment. Based in Sydney CBD, you will provide end to end HR support while also contributing to broader people initiatives and change activity.

    You will work closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound people solutions and will balance day to day HR with involvement in projects and transformation activity. Key responsibilities include:
    • Providing end to end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including coaching leaders through performance, remuneration, talent, and succession processes.
    • Managing employee relations matters end to end, ensuring procedural fairness, sound judgement, and risk mitigation.
    • Partnering with leaders to support change management initiatives and organisational change activity, with guidance from senior HR leadership.
    • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives aligned to business priorities.
    About You:

    You are a capable and confident HR Generalist or HR Business Partner who enjoys working close to the business and adding value through practical advice and strong relationships. You will bring:
    • Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a complex, commercial environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of employee relations and confidence managing matters end to end.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders.
    • Experience within FMCG, consumer, or large multi site organisations will be highly regarded.
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline are advantageous but not essential.
