Immediate start contract opportunity for an experienced HR Org Change Project Manager to drive restructures, transitions, and organisational design initiatives. Sydney CBD location, reporting directly to the Head of HR.

This is an immediate start, initial contract, and could be offered hybrid or 4 days per week for the right candidate, but full time, max term contract is preferred.

About the role: 

• Project manage organisational change initiatives including restructures, transitions, and broader organisational design.
• Work in partnership with business leaders to ensure smooth delivery of the change agenda.
• Report directly to the Head of HR, ensuring clear governance and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on HR operational impacts, processes, and best practices.
• Manage timelines, risks, and communication plans across stakeholders.

• Proven experience in HR transformation or organisational change projects.
• Background as either a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager with end-to-end project delivery experience, OR a specialist HR Org Change Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of broader HR operations and their integration with organisational change.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, project management, and communication skills.
• Must be immediately available.
