About the Organisation:
Our client is a large, complex and highly respected organisation who is currently undergoing a period of transformation involving workforce restructuring, operating model evolution and the implementation of a new enterprise wide people system. Located conveniently within central Sydney CBD, this is an initial 12 month FTC but has a genuine potential of being extended or going permanent.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated HR organisational change team supporting a major organisational transformation program. Working within a structured project environment, you will support the senior HR Business Partners in a varity of projects that support the organisational transformation.
This HR Consultant role is hands on and delivery focused, responsible for case coordination, governance tracking and supporting leaders and HR partners through workforce change processes. This includes ensuring documentation is accurate, processes are compliant and employee outcomes are managed effectively across each stage of the transition lifecycle.
This role offers an exceptional learning environment for HR professionals looking to deepen their exposure to organisational change, workforce planning and complex transformation programs within a large, well known, highly respected, organisation.

You are an HR professional with a solid generalist foundation who enjoys working in fast paced environments where delivery and collaboration are key. - Solid HR generalist, at the HR advisory or operational HR BP level, with experience with understanding of policies, procedures and employment legislation.
- HR project experience with exposure to organisational change initiatives.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including case management and documentation.
- Strong organisational and governance capability with high attention to detail.
- Confidence working alongside senior stakeholders and documenting workforce outcomes in formal forums.
- Proactive mindset with strong accountability for delivery and follow through.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team where flexibility and shared responsibility are important.
