This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious HR Coordinator or experienced HR Administrator who is ready to step up. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, with direct mentorship from a HR Business Partner, in a business that truly values its people.
About the Role:
As HR Coordinator, you will be a trusted partner within the HR function, contributing across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide general administration support to ensure the HR function runs smoothly
- Lead the onboarding and induction process for new hires, working closely with Office Managers and IT.
- Manage invoice coding and approval.
- Oversee and continuously improve the offboarding process.
- Support the delivery of key HR initiatives including recruitment, performance reviews and remuneration cycles.
- Track and coordinate probation reviews, ensuring timely reminders and accurate documentation.
- Managing employee records and HR data in HRIS.
About You:
- Minimum of two years in an HR Coordinator or shared services roles.
- A strong interest in developing a well-rounded HR skillset
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong systems capabilities, with proficiency across the Microsoft Office; Excel and HRIS systems are highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent experience is desired
