About the Role:
This newly created position has been established to strengthen the HR function and provide critical coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including managing the HR inbox, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records in ELMO
- Assist with recruitment administration such as job posting, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Contribute to the twice‑yearly induction program and broader HR initiatives
- Prepare documentation for HRBPs, assist with investigations, and support L&D reporting
- Work closely with the Recruitment Lead, HR Business Partners, HR Projects Lead, and HRIS Advisor, gaining broad exposure across the HR function
About You: You will be a proactive and approachable early‑career HR professional who thrives in a collaborative team environment. You will bring:
- A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Approximately 12 months’ HR or administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, customer‑focused approach and a willingness to learn
- Confidence using HRIS systems (ELMO experience highly regarded)
- Experience within the education sector (advantageous but not essential)
- Full‑time, on‑site role within a supportive HR team
- Strong opportunities for professional growth and development toward HRBP pathways
- Warm, people‑centric culture that values teamwork, community, and employee wellbeing
- Participation in team events such as morning teas, celebrations, and cultural activities

$80000 - $85000
