    This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious HR Coordinator who is ready to step up into a broad HR Generalist role. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, with direct mentorship from a seasoned HR Business Partner, in a business that truly values its people.

    About the Role:
    As HR Generalist, you will be a trusted partner within the HR function, contributing across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and proactive support
    • Supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management
    • Assisting in annual performance and compensation review processes, talent reviews, and succession planning activities
    • Managing employee records and HR data via Workday, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legislative requirements
    • Coordinating onboarding and supporting hiring managers through recruitment processes
    • Contributing to various HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, compensation benchmarking, and drafting job descriptions.
    About You:
    • Experience in a HR Coordinator or Generalist role, with a keen interest in developing a well-rounded HR skillset
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong systems capabilities, with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience highly regarded
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
    • A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent experience is desired
