    The People and Culture function plays a central role in supporting this growth, partnering closely with executive leaders to ensure the organisation continues to attract, develop, and retain high performing talent.

    About the Role:

    This newly created HR Data and Systems Analyst role has been established to strengthen the organisation’s workforce analytics capability and improve the quality and accessibility of HR reporting and systems.

    Working closely with the Head of HR and broader People and Culture team, you will play a key role in building and maintaining HR dashboards, analysing workforce data, and transforming people metrics into meaningful insights that support strategic decision making.

    The role will also focus on optimising the organisation’s HR systems environment, ensuring data integrity and identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting capability. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver ad hoc analysis, executive level reports, and workforce insights that support organisational planning and performance.

    This position sits within a lean and high performing HR team and will involve significant exposure to senior leaders across the organisation. The role offers an opportunity to build a modern HR analytics capability in a growing organisation where data and insights are becoming increasingly central to people and business decisions.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Developing and maintaining workforce analytics dashboards across key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, compliance reporting and remuneration insights.
    • Producing reports and workforce analysis for HR leadership and executive stakeholders.
    • Extracting, validating, and analysing HR data to identify trends and opportunities to improve organisational outcomes.
    • Supporting workforce planning analysis and organisational reporting requirements.
    • Maintaining and optimising HRIS platforms and ensuring ongoing data accuracy and integrity.
    • Identifying opportunities to automate HR processes and improve reporting through better use of system functionality and analytics tools.
    • Responding to ad hoc data requests from senior leaders and translating workforce data into clear insights and recommendations.
    • Supporting remuneration review analysis and reporting processes as required.
    About You:

    You are an analytically strong HR data professional who enjoys working with data to generate insights that influence decision making. You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating complex workforce data into clear and meaningful narratives.

    You bring strong technical capability combined with commercial awareness and strong communication skills. Importantly, you enjoy working in a hands on role within a growing organisation where you can shape how HR data is used and delivered.

    You will bring:
    • Approximately 3 to 5 years experience in HR analytics, HR systems, workforce reporting or similar data focused roles.
    • Strong capability using Power BI, advanced Excel and data visualisation tools.
    • Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining system data integrity.
    • Strong understanding of workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, remuneration analysis and workforce planning.
    • The ability to analyse data, build reporting models, and present insights to non technical stakeholders.
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Relevant qualifications in business analytics, data science, information systems, mathematics or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
