    As the HR Data & Systems Analyst, you’ll play a central role in transforming HR operations. From ensuring data integrity and building insightful dashboards to optimising the HRIS (ELMO) and supporting strategic workforce planning, your work will directly shape business decisions and elevate the employee experience.     About the role

    • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (e.g. headcount, turnover, compliance, remuneration)
    • Analyse workforce trends and deliver actionable insights
    • Manage quarterly commission payments and support year-end remuneration and benchmarking
    • Prepare strategic reports for senior leadership
    • Maintain and optimise ELMO and background check platforms
    • Troubleshoot system issues and respond to user enquiries
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
    • Partner with IT and vendors on upgrades and integrations
    • Assist in updating HR policies across ANZ and UK frameworks
    • Identify automation opportunities to streamline HR workflows
    • Document business requirements and support system training and change initiatives
       
    About you:
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
    • 3+ years in HR analytics or systems-focused HR roles
    • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms preferred
    • Strong grasp of HR metrics, data governance, and reporting frameworks
    • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail
    • Clear communicator with the ability to translate data for non-technical audiences
    • Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused
