    The Opportunity
    You will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, and you will play a lead role in shaping the organisation's culture that will align with long-term strategy and growth. You will consult with senior executives across the organisation to build and drive the ANZ HR Strategy. The role you play will be critical to the development of the business and the alignment of key elements of the HR Strategy to the overall Organisational Strategy. You will also work closely with leaders across the business to drive and increase engagement and leadership capability through coaching and other proactive strategies. 

    What You Will Bring
    The successful candidate will have significant experience in HR Manager/Leadership role ideally within a corporate global environment. You will have the capability to think and work commercially and strategically; however, you will also be comfortable managing all operational components of the role.
     
    You will be passionate, driven, commercially savvy and comfortable working in an environment where change and pace is a constant. You will also demonstrate a high level of competence in the following areas:

    • Technical competence in all facets of HR including change and transformation, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, remuneration and benefits and engagement/retention.
    • HR team leadership is essential;
    • Previous experience working in a global matrix environment;
    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
