  • Are you an up-and-coming HR professional ready to take the next step in your career? If you're looking to build on your foundations and gain exposure in a high-performing, supportive team – we’d love to hear from you.

We are partnering with a well-established Australian and New Zealand manufacturing and distribution business, who are experiencing sustained growth through innovation and diversification.

As HR & Internal Communications Coordinator , you'll play a key role in supporting the broader People & Culture team, assisting with HR administration and internal communication activities.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Drafting and distributing internal comms content – including company announcements, engagement survey updates, and HRIS rollout communications
    • Supporting day-to-day HR administration: variation letters, employment changes, onboarding paperwork, and maintaining employee records
    • Assisting with system-related updates (HRIS – UKG), including moving files, checking data accuracy, and supporting the ongoing implementation
    • Coordinating internal comms using platforms such as SharePoint including updates to internal networks and communications calendars
    • Providing practical support to the HR Business Partners across multiple initiatives – org charts, employee files, and internal processes
    What we’re looking for:
    • 2–3 years’ experience in HR administration, internal comms, or a similar coordinator role
    • Strong writing and communication skills – you enjoy creating clear, engaging internal content
    • Highly organised with a great eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
    • Comfortable working in a busy, blue-collar manufacturing environment
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
    Why you’ll love it:
    • Join a passionate, people-first HR team during a transformational period
    • Opportunity to make the role your own and take on greater responsibility over time
    • Supportive leadership and a clear path to potential permanency
    • Flexible hybrid work model with free onsite parking
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may have come from a smaller business or generalist HR background and is now looking to join a larger team where you’ll be supported and exposed to a wide range of projects and development opportunities.

If this sounds of interest and you feel your experience aligns with the criteria outlined above, please apply with attention to Ellie Stock quoting reference number 3920996.
