    About the Role:

    Reporting into the CFO, as the HR Manager, you’ll be both strategic and hands-on—partnering with senior leaders to shape the future of our people function while keeping the heartbeat of the culture strong. Your focus will include:

    • Leading the full employee lifecycle with care and precision.
    • Supporting geographic expansion and scaling with people strategies.
    • Building and refining HR frameworks, policies, and procedures.
    • Navigating complex employee relations with empathy and confidence.
    • Owning the HR budget and leading impactful projects.
    • Elevating leadership capability and internal training programs.
    This is a true generalist role with real visibility, fast implementation, and the chance to make a meaningful difference.

    About You:

    We are seeking a relationship-builder, a strategic thinker, and a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of leader. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to balance structure with agility.

    To be successful in this role you will bring: 
    • Strong HR Manager/ HRBP experience with leadership exposure.
    • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • A strategic mindset with a practical, hands-on approach.
    • A collaborative, down-to-earth style and openness to feedback.
    • Bonus points for experience in tech or digital environments.
