  • We’re working with a leading organisation in the sports and events industry to recruit an HR Operations & Data Coordinator for a 5-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with a strong HR background who thrives on working with data, systems, and detail.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Reviewing and cleansing HR and payroll data, including contracts and awards.
    • Applying your understanding of awards and payroll rates, escalating queries when required.
    • Manipulating and simplifying data across multiple systems (Workday, RosterHire, Time & Attendance systems.
    • Using Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to manage, reconcile, and clean large datasets.
    What we’re looking for
    • Solid HR experience with familiarity in awards and payroll data.
    • Strong data and systems skills, with the ability to handle and reconcile large datasets.
    • Comfortable navigating multiple HR and payroll systems.
    • Detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working on data-heavy tasks.
    • Available to start immediately.
