We’re working with a leading organisation in the sports and events industry to recruit an HR Operations & Data Coordinator
for a 5-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with a strong HR background who thrives on working with data, systems, and detail.
What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing and cleansing HR and payroll data, including contracts and awards.
- Applying your understanding of awards and payroll rates, escalating queries when required.
- Manipulating and simplifying data across multiple systems (Workday, RosterHire, Time & Attendance systems.
- Using Excel (including VLOOKUPs) to manage, reconcile, and clean large datasets.
What we’re looking for
- Solid HR experience with familiarity in awards and payroll data.
- Strong data and systems skills, with the ability to handle and reconcile large datasets.
- Comfortable navigating multiple HR and payroll systems.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and enjoys working on data-heavy tasks.
- Available to start immediately.
