HR Practitioner

The opportunity:
This 6-month contract role, based in Sunbury, offers a great opportunity to support a meaningful organisational initiative involving a large group of employees. You’ll help ensure clear communication and contribute to a positive experience for the team throughout the process.

You will bring:

• 5+ years of generalist HR experience
• Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and automation
• Confidence managing your own workload with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Planner, Word, and Outlook
• Comfort with hybrid working arrangements (1–2 days WFH) and fully onsite during the onboarding week

• Organisational change or merger activities (desirable but not essential)
• Managing confidential employee information
• Supporting HR projects within a fast-paced environment
