We are looking for someone who wants to combine a focus on providing outstanding service as a Talent Partner, with a genuine interest in connecting the HR Community.

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated HR Recruitment Consultant to join our Selection Practice in Melbourne focused on Contracting Recruitment. We are looking for someone who wants to combine a focus on providing outstanding service as a Talent Partner, with a genuine interest in connecting the HR Community.
In this role, you'll:
- Partner with leading organisations hiring across all areas of HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while building genuine long-term relationships
- Work with best-in-class technology and receive full administrative support, so you can focus on being Customer facing
- Continuously develop your skills in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment
- Play a key part in facilitating opportunities for bringing the community together through events and networking
What You'll Bring
To thrive with us, you will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline and a genuine interest in the HR Profession
- Experience working in fast paced Contracting desk previously
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships
- A proactive, resourceful mindset with strong candidate assessment skills
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining quality and care
- Tenacity, resilience and drive to succeed to in a high paced environment and develop new relationships
