An exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation based in Scoresby as HR Systems, Data and Reporting Manager.
A brand new role, you will report directly to the CPO and be heavily involved in technology transformation programmes and have ownership of data, reporting and metrics.
This role is designed for those passionate about quality data and are keen to collaborate with colleagues to ensure strategic decisions are supported by high-quality data insights.
The Role
As HR Systems, Data & Reporting Manager, you will lead the integration and optimisation of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and robust governance. You will finalise and embed the current system implementation, integrate payroll, and establish comprehensive reporting frameworks.
Key responsibilities include building dashboards, driving Power BI adoption, managing compliance reporting, and providing expert advice to stakeholders. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate workforce analytics and supporting strategic HR initiatives.

You are a proactive professional with a demonstrable track record in HR systems implementation programmes; extensive knowledge and experience of data governance and reporting. You have a deep passion for data and are keen to share your knowledge collaboratively with colleagues.

You Bring
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation and optimisation
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including Power BI
- Ability to troubleshoot system and payroll issues
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm for emerging HR technologies
- Strong knowledge of PowerBI is preferable and previous experience with UKG is highly advantageous but not a pre-requisite. Ultimately, if you are comfortable to jump on different systems, then that will work!
