About the Opportunity
This is a hands-on, interim role ideal for a systems-focused HR professional with strong technical expertise. You'll lead the review, configuration, and optimisation of BambooHR and the rollout and integration of Greenhouse ATS, working closely with IT and HR teams to streamline processes and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Review and optimise the current BambooHR setup, including configuration and custom reporting
• Support the rollout and full integration of Greenhouse ATS with BambooHR
• Collaborate with IT to ensure seamless technical integration
• Assist with process improvements across HR systems

• Proven expertise in BambooHR configuration, optimisation, and reporting
• Experienced with Greenhouse ATS and system integrations
• Able to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Knowledgeable about Australian HR environments; exposure to US or global HR a bonus
• Available to start late October/ early November
• Comfortable working onsite at Moorabbin 3 days per week
