About the Role:
This is your chance to be at the heart of Wendy’s growth journey in Australia. As the go-to HR representative in QLD, you’ll be involved in everything from recruitment to employee experience. Your day-to-day will include:

• Acting as the HR point of contact for the QLD team
• Managing HR admin and supporting daily operations
• Leading recruitment efforts for new store openings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding awesome new team members.
• Running engaging inductions that set the tone for success
• Partnering with Store Managers to support team growth and tackle challenges together
• Supporting low-level employee relations matters with care and confidence

• Experience in HR coordination or recruitment, with a hunger to grow into a broader HR role
• Top-notch communication skills—both written and verbal
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to motivate and connect with people at all levels
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for people and culture
