About the Role:
This is a broad and engaging In-House Talent Acquisition Advisor to play a pivotal role across recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, and wellbeing initiatives.
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, the role is hands on and operational, partnering closely with leaders and employees across the organisation.
You will manage end to end recruitment including role definition, sourcing strategy, direct candidate search, interviews, assessments, and offer management. You will proactively build talent pipelines, manage relationships with external providers where required, and contribute to strengthening the employer brand.
Beyond recruitment, the role has a strong focus on employee experience and wellbeing. You will coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, manage contracts and HR documentation, conduct early tenure check ins, and support exit processes as required.
You will also coordinate wellness initiatives, promote engagement activities, act as a trusted point of contact for employees, and assist in fostering a healthy, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
The role also supports work experience and internship programs, assists with People and Culture events and initiatives, and contributes to the broader culture and values agenda of the organisation.
About You:
You are an experienced in-house recruiter, who enjoys being close to the business and making a tangible impact with working on projects and initiatives broader than external lateral hiring.
You bring a strong commercial, excellent interpersonal skills, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
You are naturally people focused, organised, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a professional environment.
You will bring demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally within a corporate, qualified, or professional services setting.
You have a genuine interest in employee wellbeing and engagement, strong attention to detail, and experience supporting core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and broader HR generalist operational responsiblities
You are proactive, collaborative, and bring a positive, solutions focused approach to your work.
