    As a key member of the in-house Talent Acquisition team, reporting directly to the Head of TA, you’ll operate as a strategic partner to the business. You’ll consult with hiring leaders, craft tailored sourcing strategies, and play a hands-on role in attracting top-tier talent across a range of roles and functions.

    This is an initial 3-6 month contract role, with a genuine view to extend or go permanent for the right candidate. 

    This is a low-volume, high-impact position — ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives on adding genuine value through deep partnerships rather than chasing numbers. You’ll be embedded within a broader HR team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    What you’ll bring:

    • Proven in-house, end-to-end recruitment experience within a corporate environment
    • Strength in sourcing across a broad range of corporate/professional roles
    • A track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes
    • Excellent prioritisation and communication skills
    • A passion for enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience
