As the Head of Learning & Development reporting to the HR Director, you'll lead day-to-day L&D operations while having a pivotal role in developing a learning strategy framework that is aligned to the overall business plan. You will also lead key projects, including the optimisation of the LMS system, employee experience and strategic leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a learning strategy and framework aligned with the business objectives, including learning paths, onboarding and induction programs.
- Working closely with the HR and Tech teams to optimise the LMS system
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand current capability gaps and learning strategies.
- The development and implementation of a future leader program and a leadership onboarding program.
- Prior experience in strategic project management and E-Learning.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing learning frameworks.
- Experience implementing and optimising an LMS.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field.
- A passion for learning, with strong values and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of professionals.
