    The opportunity:
    This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organisation’s learning and development strategy – building internal capability to meet future growth and deliver on strategic goals.

    As the Learning & Development Adviser , you will liaise closely with the Head of People Experience & Capability and work cross-functionally with stakeholders including senior leaders, Executive General Managers and board members. You’ll be instrumental in embedding the newly implemented HRIS (Workday – Talent & Learning modules), while also coordinating key learning and engagement initiatives already in motion.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating and implementing learning and development programs (e.g., enterprise-wide programs, mentoring pilots)
    • Partnering with internal and external providers to ensure smooth program delivery
    • Managing learning logistics: calendars, room bookings, comms, participant support
    • Supporting the ongoing adoption of Workday and LinkedIn Learning across the organisation
    • Acting as a trusted point of contact for learning enquiries and advice
    • Tracking engagement, learning data and reporting through Workday and other platforms
    • Contributing to key people initiatives including the annual engagement survey (Culture Amp)
    You will also:
    • Liaise with senior stakeholders to understand capability needs and recommend suitable learning solutions
    • Take ownership of learning administration and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of training activity
    • Support culture, engagement and people experience initiatives
    • Help foster a learning culture where development is easy to access and visibly supported
    You will bring:
    • Previous experience in a Learning & Development or HR Advisory role with a strong interest in capability building
    • Strong coordination and administration skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
    • Comfortable working with systems and data – ideally with experience in Workday, or another LMS (e.g., SuccessFactors)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including with senior stakeholders
    • A proactive, flexible approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
    • A collaborative, down-to-earth nature with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
    • Experience supporting hybrid or remote teams is advantageous
