    We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to lead the implementation of a business-aligned learning strategy in a diverse, fast-paced organisation.

    About the role:

    This is a pivotal role that combines strategy with hands-on delivery. You’ll be responsible for designing and facilitating blended, engaging, and practical learning programs for a broad stakeholder base - ranging from field-based roles to corporate teams - while contributing to the broader cultural and capability agenda. You will:

    • Align L&D initiatives to business priorities through effective consultation and stakeholder engagement
    • Design and facilitate learning solutions that are tailored, practical, and commercially relevant
    • Lead the uplift of internal capability by developing in-house expertise and optimising external provider use

    About you:
    • Prior experience in L&D or OD roles, ideally within fast-moving, operationally diverse environments
    • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capability to work across all organisational levels
    • Ability to develop and implement learning that is contemporary, user-centred, and measurable in its impact
    • Familiarity with LMS platforms, blended learning, and coaching frameworks.
    This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne’s south-east and reports into the GM, People & Culture.
