    Are you a hands-on L&D professional who thrives on creating practical, business-focused training that delivers real results? We’re looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join a well-established manufacturing business in southeast Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to embed leadership and learning initiatives in a dynamic, operational environment.

    About the Role
    This is a highly visible, execution-focused role where you’ll work directly with the executive team, frontline leaders, and manufacturing teams. You will lead the design and delivery of practical learning programs, streamline processes, and embed leadership capability into the business culture.

    Key objectives include:
    • Launching and embedding a frontline leadership program
    • Implementing and optimising the company’s LMS (UKG)
    • Simplifying learning processes to ensure training is practical, embedded, and aligned to operational needs
    Key Responsibilities
    Leadership Development
    • Design and deliver a frontline leadership course from scratch
    • Implement a train-the-trainer model, empowering leaders to deliver training
    • Embed leadership capability across culture and operations
    Learning & Systems
    • Lead LMS implementation and optimisation within UKG HRIS
    • Develop a skills matrix and e-learning content (safety, induction, compliance, etc.)
    • Simplify and streamline existing learning processes
    Stakeholder Engagement
    • Partner closely with executive and operational leaders
    • Support leaders to be accountable for people development
    • Ensure training delivers measurable business impact
    About You
    • Proven experience creating and delivering training content, including e-learning
    • Hands-on, practical, and execution-focused
    • Experienced with an LMS (UKG highly desirable)
    • Able to simplify complex information and communicate clearly
    • Understands operational/business priorities quickly
    • Manufacturing or blue-collar experience is a strong advantage
    • Comfortable working fully onsite in a factory environment
