  • We are partnering with a well-established global organisation seeking a  Manager, Remuneration & Benefits to lead the Asia Pacific rewards agenda.

    This fixed-term contract runs through to the start of 2026, with the potential for longer-term ongoing employment for the right candidate. Sydney CBD office location, with hybrid working from home on offer. 

    In this position, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end reward cycles, incentive programs, job architecture, and governance initiatives across a multi-country region, while also acting as the key interface with global reward teams based offshore. It’s a rare chance to own a portfolio in a highly visible role—perfect for a capable, hands-on practitioner who can operate with autonomy and pace.

    More specifically, you will: 

    • Lead the full annual remuneration review, benchmarking, and incentive processes across multiple regions
    • Act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders, including executive and corporate teams
    • Drive alignment with global frameworks while tailoring initiatives to meet local needs
    • Support bid work, workforce planning, and job evaluation activities under tight timeframes
    • Oversee governance, compliance, and benefits administration in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
    To be considered for this role you will have: 
    • Demonstrated expertise across the full reward lifecycle in a complex or global business
    • Strong systems, reporting and analytics skills to support high-quality remuneration insights
    • Maturity and gravitas to influence executive-level stakeholders and collaborate with both local and global teams
    • Experience as a sole contributor or comfort working independently with high accountability
    • A collaborative mindset and ability to advocate for regional needs within a global matrix
    • Thrives in delivering under pressure with tight timeframes
    You must be immediately availalbe, or on short notice, and have strong exposure to advising at the senior leadership level.
