    About the role
    As the Organisational Development Specialist, you will contribute to the development of key strategic people initiatives, in particular the design, development, and implementation of sustainable, high-impact leadership development programs across multiple organisational levels. The Organisational Development Specialist will also play a key role in shaping and enhancing organisational culture through culture assessments and the design and implementation of culture-focused initiatives and programs.

    About you
    You are an OD practitioner with a depth of experience in designing and delivering a range of innovative OD programs and initiatives that bring about sustainable change. You will have prior experience working in a complex, matrixed, and large organisation, you are passionate about joining an organisation where OD initiatives are clearly linked to organisational strategy. As a professional, you are able to influence the uptake of new ideas with data and insights that support your thinking.

    You will further have;

    • Experience inclusive of leadership development, learning and engagement, culture, and employee experience, having developed and implemented initiatives as a member of a COE team.
    • Excellent consulting and project management skills, with the ability to diagnose problems or people matters and determine best fit OD solutions.
    • The ability to adapt to new situations, working collaboratively and pragmatically, balancing both current and future organisational needs.
    • Tertiary Qualifications in HR and/or Organisational Psychology will be highly desirable.
