Organisational Design Specialist - Workforce Transformation

One of our leading global FMCG organisations is seeking an Organisational Design Specialist to join their team and support and deliver a people transformation project, specifically focusing on the recent acquisition and integration of the newly acquired business. 

This is a newly created 6-month contract, with an immediate start for the right candidate, with 3-4 days required in the office. The head office is in Sydney's CBD. 

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in working as an HR Leader, demonstrating your advanced skills in change management and communications, specifically around organisational design.
• HR Directors, who have specialised in HR programs around large-scale organisational change and design are also encouraged to apply. 
• Ideally, FMCG, consumer, or related, multi-site large complex commercial industry experience. 
• Highly adept, proven track record of reporting, data analysis and interpretation of reports, as well as a strong ability to formulate project plans. 
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and change management and are innovative around employee experience and engagement.
• Strong experience in restructuring, transformation and employee transitions, and organisational design.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
