The opportunity:
This role is responsible for designing and delivering people strategies that support organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and a strong learning culture.
As the OD & L&D Manager, you will lead initiatives that shape leadership development, talent management and performance and engagement. You will be responsible for embedding a continuous learning mindset across the organisation.
You will also manage and develop team members within the OD and L&D function to ensure high performance, collaboration, and delivery of strategic objectives.
You will bring:
With experience in a high growth environment, ideally in the Entertainment or Technology industries you will be also bring:
- Proven experience in an OD, L&D, or combined people strategy role
- Strong knowledge of organisational psychology, adult learning principles and change frameworks
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide capability programs
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Data-driven approach to measuring impact and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Certifications in learning, coaching, or change management (e.g., PROSCI, DISC, HBDI) are advantageous
