About the Organisation:
We are proud to be partnering with a renowned organisation & respected brand in its sector. You will be joining the team during an exciting period of change & transformation.
This role is central to delivering strategic leadership initiatives, including the rollout of a Leadership Academy, embedding a capability framework, and driving performance and succession planning. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to shape and implement programs that uplift leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.
About the Role:
Reporting into the Head of Learning & Organisational Development, this newly created, highly valued role will give you the opportunity to assess, build and deliver across all Organisational Development strategy and capability uplift programs. You will be responsible for, however, not limited to:
- Lead the implementation of organisational development strategies and capability uplift programs
- Manage and deliver leadership training initiatives, including a Leadership Academy
- Integrate talent initiatives within Workday and other systems
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to deploy talent initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on leadership and organisational development
- Manage vendor relationships and assess service delivery effectiveness
- Identify and implement process improvements across the employee lifecycle
- Prepare and present progress reports to leadership
We are seeking a highly experienced Organisational Development Specialist who has the ability to think creatively and develop innovative programs. You will have the ability to develop OD programs from the ground up, particularly across leadership development and talent management.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from a blank canvas
- Very system savvy - ideally seeking experience across Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Collaborative and resilient in a dynamic environment
- Minimum 5 years in organisational development, HR, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in vendor management and program delivery.
