With a team of 150 employees across corporate and manufacturing, this business has a clear business growth plan over the next three years.
The Opportunity
Working closely with the leadership team and site managers, you will provide best practice P&C operational support across the whole employee life cycle. Day to day, you will provide hands-on operational and strategic advice and support across WH&S, recruitment, payroll, performance management, succession planning and workforce management.
Working closely across all levels of the business, you will ensure that you are providing effective hands-on operational coaching and advice and be a true commercial HR business partner to the executive team.
This is a flexible 3-day-a-week role to start immediately for approximately 3 months.
What you will bring
To be successful, you will be a commercial, confident HR Business Partner with exposure to blue-collar workforces and proven experience managing all areas of HR, including WH&S, ER case management and an understanding of payroll.
