  • About the Client: 

    We’re thrilled to partner with an innovative, high-growth organisation in the Supply Chain & Logistics sector, committed to sustainability and investing in local Australian manufacturing. This is a newly created Part-time (3 days per week) People & Culture Business Partner role. 

    About the Role:

    This role will be based out of their Sydney CBD office with hybrid flexibility. 

    Reporting to an inspiring CPO, you'll play a vital role in supporting and guiding a workforce of 200 employees. This role offers a great mix of hands-on HR work across the employee lifecycle, from operational HR and Employee Relations to contributing to strategic projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include;

    • Providing day-to-day support to the business across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
    • Managing ER cases end to end by ensuring procedural fairness and mitigating risk to the business.
    • Taking lead on projects such as; performance reviews, HRIS, OH&S etc.
    • Support the successful execution of the Strategic Plan within the People & Culture team.
    • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on best practices in people strategies, potential risks, issues, and emerging trends to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures.
    About you: 

    To be successful within the role, you will bring:
    • Broad generalist Human Resource knowledge and experience in a HRBP capacity within a similar workforce. 
    • Have a car/ license & be comfortable driving to a site once per fortnight.  
    • Experience in a blue white collar mixed environment is advantageous. 
    • Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong experience partnering with Senior Leaders & Stakeholders.
