    We’re partnering with them to find a passionate Participant Experience Coordinator. An excellent opportunity for someone with a background in HR administration, talent acquisition, or an interest in HR, change management, or psychology. This is a temporary role with real purpose, where you’ll support a team of dedicated career coaches and play a key role in guiding individuals through their career journey.

    About the Role In this dynamic and people-focused position, you’ll:

    • Provide high-level support to both participants and career coaches.
    • Deliver exceptional service, managing participant communication with warmth and professionalism.
    • Collaborate effectively with account managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Confidently handle documentation and act as a system superuser.
    • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to overall program success.
    • Stay across inbox management, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives.
    About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A corporate background with a polished, adaptable approach to stakeholder engagement.
    • Prior experience in a HR, talent acquisition, or customer-focused coordination role.
    • The ability to read the room, work with empathy, and respond thoughtfully to individual needs.
    • A passion for helping people thrive in their careers.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong attention to detail.
    • A qualification in Business, HR, Psychology, or a related discipline (ideal, but not essential).
