The role is evenly split between payroll processing and People Operations support, offering variety, ownership, and exposure across stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end payroll
- Supporting employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and offboarding
- Responding to employee queries regarding payroll, leave, policies, and benefits
- Preparing HR documentation such as contracts and offer letters
- Coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintaining employee data and supporting reporting and audit requirements
About You:
- Proven experience managing full-function payroll
- Hands‑on experience with ADP Celergo
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxation, and employment legislation
- Background in HR or People Operations with experience supporting day‑to‑day HR administration
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
- Permanent full‑time opportunity
