About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail‑focused Payroll Services Officer to join a dynamic People & Culture team.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing across the employee population.
- Maintain high‑quality employee data within the HRIS system.
- Respond to staff enquiries with professionalism and a customer‑centric approach.
- Support internal mobility processes, including appointments, promotions, and allowances.
- Manage employee separations and ensure all processes are completed accurately.
- Assist with quarterly HR system enhancements, including testing and implementation.
- Contribute to P&C projects, process improvement initiatives, and operational efficiencies.
- Play a key part in ensuring HR services run smoothly and effectively across the organisation.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and independence.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to support staff at all levels.
- Experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or workforce data management (or similar).
- Ideally experience with Oracle or Ascender
- A proactive mindset and comfort working within policy‑driven environments.
- A collaborative approach, enjoying teamwork and shared problem‑solving.
- A customer-first attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.

$80000 - $100000
