A leading not-for-profit health and community organisation is seeking an experienced and people-focused People and Culture Advisor

The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, confidential HR support and advice across the organisation. You’ll work closely with leaders and staff on a range of matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance, wellbeing, and policy implementation.
The position plays a key role in shaping a values-driven culture and supporting initiatives that enable a safe, inclusive, and positive workplace.
You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a complex or people-focused environment
- Solid understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and HR processes
- Ability to provide trusted advice on employee matters, including performance and wellbeing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with payroll or return-to-work coordination is desirable
- Familiarity with health, community, or NFP sectors will be highly regarded
