About the Role:
Bring your energy and expertise to a fast-paced HR environment, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contract variations and certification approvals
- Responding to general queries via the HR inbox
- Handling employee onboarding via SuccessFactors
- Ensuring compliance with pay and industrial relations standards
- Award interpretation and application
- Collaborating with payroll and maintaining employee records
- Providing day-to-day HR operational support and assisting with shared services tasks.
About You:
You're confident navigating a fast-paced, people-first workplace, and you bring:
- Solid HR experience, ideally within early childhood education or a similar field
- Strong understanding of workflows and internal HR processes
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors or comparable HRIS systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented attitude
