About the Role:
This is a strategic and hands-on opportunity for an operational People & Culture professional to partner with senior leaders across diverse business units. You'll drive the execution of people strategies that build engagement, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance organisational performance. You will:
- Act as a trusted advisor across all areas of HR for your business units, coaching and guiding leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
- Deliver core people processes including talent, performance, learning, reward, and employee relations.
- Lead change and engagement initiatives aligned to evolving organisational priorities.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding psychologically safe and high-trust team cultures.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to shape decisions and drive accountability.
- Partner with leaders on organisational design, restructures, and workforce planning.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and governance frameworks.
You're an experienced HR generalist or P&C Business Partner with a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational delivery. You build trusted relationships quickly, communicate with clarity, and bring curiosity, commercial acumen, and empathy to your work. You will bring:
- Broad experience across HR business partnering, performance, learning, and employee relations.
- Have come from private, strong branded, corporate organisations.
- Enjoy and prepared to be hands on, operational as well as implement programs aligned to strategic agenda, however this role doesn't have much strategic agenda.
- Strong influencing and coaching capability across senior stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to interpret people data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, inclusion, and impact.
- Confidence operating within complex or matrixed environments.
