About the Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this hands-on Business Partner role supports the Education Division across a network of schools nationally. Working closely with school Principals and teachers, you’ll deliver operational HR advice and partner on workforce, culture, and leadership initiatives. You will:

About the Role

- Partner with Principals and teaching teams to support all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide timely, expert advice on performance management, ER/IR matters, and award interpretation.
- Collaborate on projects across workforce capability, safety, wellbeing, and organisational development.
- Work with internal COEs (Talent, OD, and Culture) to implement talent and leadership strategies.
- Support change management and contribute to a culture of inclusion, trust, and continuous improvement.
You’re a capable and empathetic HR professional with experience partnering in complex, regulated environments. Pragmatic and people-centred, you thrive in roles that blend hands-on delivery with strategic influence. You bring:
- Demonstrated experience as a HR Business Partner or senior HR Advisor.
- Strong grounding in ER/IR, performance management, and compliance.
- Background or interest in education, disability, or human services sectors.
- Ability to build trusted, influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally.
