 About the Role:
Reporting to an experienced P&C Manager, this role partners with senior operational leaders and frontline teams to deliver hands-on, end-to-end HR support. You’ll bring:
- Broad HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong ER/IR capability with experience working directly with unions and enterprise agreements.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trust across all levels — from frontline to executive.
- A practical, down-to-earth style with resilience and sound judgment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Industrial Relations.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a values-led organisation where your work directly supports critical operational outcomes. You’ll enjoy autonomy, diversity of work, and a genuinely collaborative team environment.
