Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary P&C partner for production and distribution teams across Queensland.
- Manage industrial relations matters, including EA interpretation, union engagement, and support for enterprise bargaining.
- Provide expert case management support across grievances, performance, and policy interpretation.
- Deliver leadership coaching to build capability across managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders.
- Lead and contribute to organisational development, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a strong on‑floor presence to build trust and drive engagement.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within FMCG, food manufacturing, or broader industrial manufacturing experience.
- Strong capability or interest in developing industrial relations experience, including EA interpretation and union engagement.
- Confident in managing ER/IR casework and navigating complex workforce issues.
- Comfortable working at pace across multiple stakeholders and locations.
- A natural relationship‑builder who is present, visible, and influential with frontline teams and leaders.
- Strong soft skills in coaching, communication, and organisational development.
- Step into a stable, legacy portfolio with strong existing relationships.
- Work with a supportive and empowering leader who values autonomy.
- Influence IR strategy, cultural uplift, leadership capability, and organisational improvements.
