About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC and working alongside a high-performing HR team, this is a diverse and hands-on HR Business Partner role where no two days are the same. Partnering closely with leaders across a niche technology client group nationally, that has a strong sales and marketing focus to both commercial and direct-to-consumer sectors. You’ll be trusted to drive both operational HR and HR projects that directly impact people, culture, and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to coach, mentor, and influence across people and performance matters.
- Driving initiatives in employee engagement, DE&I, Learning & Development, Remuneration & Benefits, and HR events.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Overseeing HR operations – including management of the HR systems, workers comp, including supporting your own HR admin.
- Leading and supporting key business projects such as conferences, global visits, and major company events.
- Providing insights and reporting (e.g. Mercer, WEGA data, Excel) to support business decisions.
About You:
You will be a confident and proactive Senior HR Advisor who's managed their own client group, or an operationally-focused HR Business Partner, ready and willing to remain in a hands-on role working across the employee life cycle with a delivery focus. Either way, you will not mind having the administration aspect of the HR role within your day-to-day remit.
Ideally, you will have experience gained from working directly a sales, marketing, technology consumer-focused business. You thrive in dynamic environments, are comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and enjoy building strong, trusted relationships.
You'll be confident in coaching and challenging leaders constructively. Be collaborative style and can establish credibility quickly, work authentically, and able to influence at all level. Excellent attention to detail, strong systems skills. You'll have high work ethic, proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused with a growth mindset.
