  • About the Organisation:
    This Australian-owned brand is looking for a P&C Manager to manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is suited to a delivery-focused HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, managing processes end to end, and providing clear, reliable HR support to leaders and employees. You will operate in a standalone capacity and report directly to senior leadership.

    About the Role:
    This is a hands-on role responsible for managing the day-to-day HR function and ensuring compliant, consistent, and efficient people processes across the business.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • End-to-end recruitment coordination, including job ads, position descriptions, interview scheduling, offers, contracts, and reference checks
    • Managing employee onboarding, probation reviews, performance reviews, performance management, grievances, and exits
    • Providing practical HR advice to leaders on policies, awards, contracts, and employee relations matters
    • Managing workplace investigations and disciplinary processes as required
    • Drafting, updating, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, templates, and employee documentation
    • Ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation and awards
    • Managing and maintaining the HRIS, employee records, and reporting
    • Supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters and employee queries
    About You:

    To be successful in this role, you will bring: 
    • 4+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or HR Manager role
    • Experience working as a standalone HR practitioner or within a small to mid-sized business
    • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awards
    • A practical, solutions-focused approach to HR delivery
    • Confidence handling employee relations and performance matters independently
    • Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with managers and employees
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
