Shape the future of People & Culture in a fast-growing Australian brand.
People and Culture Advisor
People and Culture Advisor
Love interiors, design, and the buzz of a business that’s growing? This is your chance to join a thriving Australian brand in the furniture and lifestyle space.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is a broad, varied, and genuinely career-building role. We’re looking for an experienced P&C Advisor who’s confident across end to end recruitment, L&D and supporting employees with day-to-day people queries— but equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on the admin and coordination tasks that keep a lean team moving.
What you’ll be doing
As the right hand to a highly regarded Head of P&C, you’ll help bring structure, process, and great employee experiences to a growing team of over 100 employees across head office, warehouse, and showrooms nationally.
Your week could include:
- Running end-to-end recruitment for showroom, warehouse, and support roles
- Preparing contracts, coordinating onboarding, and managing employee data
- Leading performance and development activities, including reviews and coaching conversations
- Helping coordinate training and contributing to L&D initiatives
- Refining HR policies and processes
- Getting involved in engagement activities, social events, and safety initiatives
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement across the P&C function
You’re an experienced People & Culture Advisor who gets energised by pace, variety. You love getting stuck in, and you’re just as comfortable driving advisory outcomes as you are rolling up your sleeves with the coordination and admin that keeps everything moving.
You’ll bring:
- Experience as a P&C Advisor with strong end to end recruitment exposure
- Experience supporting training / L&D activity
- Strong organisation and initiative – you make things happen
- A down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and sound HR fundamentals
- Experience in design, manufacturing, retail, or another product-based environment will be a bonus
- Hybrid work: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday/Friday WFH
- Free parking and easy access to Springvale station
- Great perks: product discount + annual product allowance
- Collaborative, social culture – Friday drinks, lunches and volunteer days
- Genuine pathway to continue growing as the business scales
