The Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will work side-by-side with senior leaders, driving a people agenda that is central the current growth and transformation plan. As a partner and trusted advisor, you'll champion operational excellence, nurture talent, and embed a high-performance, inclusive culture.
You’ll thrive in a role where your influence directly impacts engagement, retention, and wellbeing, working daily with leaders to support teams delivering care that truly matters.
- Partnering with business unit leaders to deliver people strategies.
- Providing coaching and guidance on everything from leadership effectiveness to team dynamics.
- Leading strategic workforce planning and change management initiatives focused on business evolution, innovation, and the future of work.
- Championing employee engagement and wellbeing programs that enrich our workplace culture.
- Facilitating performance, talent, and succession processes, turning potential into results.
- Building collaborative relationships across business units and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance and provide nuanced advice on employee and industrial relations.
- Proven experience working within a similar People and Culture Partnering role, ideally within healthcare, or retail industry.
- Strong business acumen, connecting people solutions to commercial outcomes.
- You are a natural influencer, able to build trust and collaborate widely, while constructively challenging the status quo.
- Adept in change management, critical thinking, and data-driven decision making.
- Committed to championing diversity, inclusivity, and a psychologically safe workplace.
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
