People and Culture Coordinator

People and Culture Coordinator

Shape the future of People & Culture in a fast-growing Australian brand.

  • Broad, hands-on People & Culture role
  • $85,000 - $90,000 + Super
  • Hybrid work model - 3 days in the Springvale HQ, 2 days WFH

    What you’ll be doing

As the right hand to a highly regarded Head of P&C, you’ll help bring structure, process, and great employee experiences to a growing team of over 100 employees across head office, warehouse, and showrooms nationally.

    Your week could include:

    • Running end-to-end recruitment for showroom, warehouse, and support roles
    • Preparing contracts, coordinating onboarding, and managing employee data
    • Supporting performance and development activities, including reviews and coaching conversations
    • Assisting with training coordination and wellbeing initiatives
    • Helping refine HR policies and processes
    • Getting involved in engagement activities, social events, and safety initiatives
    • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement across the P&C function

    About You
You’re a confident and organised People & Culture Coordinator or Advisor who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments. You’re approachable, pragmatic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves — equally comfortable chatting with warehouse staff or presenting to senior leaders.

    You’ll bring:
    • 3+ years’ experience in a generalist or HR coordination role
    • Strong organisation and initiative – you make things happen
    • A down-to-earth, solutions-focused approach
    • Excellent communication skills and sound HR fundamentals
    • A genuine interest in people and business — you like seeing how things work
Experience in design, manufacturing, retail, or another product-based environment will be a bonus.

    Why You’ll Love It
    • Hybrid work: Tuesday to Thursday in office, Monday/Friday WFH
    • Free parking and easy access to Springvale station
    • Great perks: product discount + annual product allowance
    • Collaborative, social culture – Friday drinks, lunches and volunteer days
    • Opportunities to grow into an Advisor or BP role as the business continues to scale
If you’re looking for a hands-on People & Culture role where you can learn, grow, and be part of something creative and fast-evolving — this is the one.
