    The Opportunity

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a collaborative central support team on a 12 month FTC and play a key role in strengthening people practices, driving engagement, and supporting leaders across multiple brands and locations.

    The Role

    Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, this role will provide broad generalist HR support across a multi-site workforce. You will partner closely with business leaders to foster positive culture, ensure compliance with employment legislation and industrial instruments, and deliver people initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.

    This role will suit a hands-on HR professional who enjoys operating across both strategic and operational aspects of HR, including employee relations, workforce planning, HR operations, and leadership support.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Partner with leaders to support culture, engagement, and people strategy across multiple teams and locations
    • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and performance management
    • Interpret awards, workplace agreements, and employment legislation to ensure compliance
    • Lead HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employment changes
    • Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives and performance management frameworks
    • Contribute to remuneration, benefits, and reward initiatives to support retention and internal equity
    • Manage HR reporting and people analytics to inform business decisions
    • Oversee work health and safety processes, including workers compensation and return-to-work programs
    • Lead or contribute to HR and organisational change projects
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and best practice frameworks
    About You

    You are a confident HR generalist who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You enjoy partnering with leaders to solve problems, improve people practices, and support organisational growth.
    You will bring:
    • Demonstrated experience in a broad HR generalist or People & Culture role (at least 5 years)
    • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards, and industrial relations
    • Experience managing employee relations matters and advising leaders on complex people issues
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving capability and the ability to balance operational and strategic priorities
    • Experience in multi-site or service-based environments will be highly regarded
