    We’re looking for a People Business Partner to support the Retail & Marketing portfolio, working with ~130 employees across Sales, Marketing, and Design. This role is high-touch and stakeholder-driven, providing coaching, strategic advice, and hands-on support to managers and teams that thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Partner with managers to deliver people strategies and operational HR support
    • Coach and support high-performing teams, navigating complex dynamics
    • Drive organisational development initiatives and embed company values
    • Influence and advise stakeholders, balancing advocacy with constructive challenge
    • Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development
    • Contribute to workforce planning and help managers anticipate team needs
    • Provide guidance on policy, compliance, and employee relations matters
    What we’re looking for:
    • Strong HR knowledge, including employee/industrial relations, Awards, Agreements, and employment legislation
    • Experience providing high-level advice and support to managers and leaders
    • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams
    • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and consultation skills
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to reprioritise quickly
    • Hands-on approach: able to “roll up sleeves” and support managers practically
    • Data literacy to interpret people metrics and inform decision-making
    • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline
    • Previous experience in retail, marketing, or customer-facing environments is desirable but not essential
    12-month parental leave cover with a competitive salary (~$142k + super)

    Salary Range:

    $140000 - $150000
