    About the Role:

    As People and Culture Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Head of People and Culture and play a key role as the go-to contact for all P&C matters across the business. In this broad generalist role, you’ll support teams across all functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys making a meaningful impact across a growing, values-driven business.
    You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

    • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on policies, performance, and compliance.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employment contract processes.
    • Coordinate payroll administration and maintain HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Support employee lifecycle activities including performance reviews, offboarding, and engagement initiatives.
    • Champion company values and contribute to a positive, wellness-focused workplace culture.
    About You:
    To be successful in this role, you will bring:
    • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field (completed or in progress).
    • 2–3 years’ experience in a HR Coordinator role with exposure to payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and return-to-work processes.
    • Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation, modern awards, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
    • Technically proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, and able to build strong relationships across all levels.
