    Short Description:

    Exciting early-career opportunity to gain broad HR exposure in a collaborative and values-led ASX listed organisation with global operations. Work closely with P&C senior leaders and other business professionals while being supported to grow your P&C capabilities across operational and strategic initiatives.

    The Opportunity

    This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to accelerate their growth in a globally connected ASX listed company. You’ll work closely with the Group Executive People & Culture and experienced HR leaders to support P&C activities across Melbourne, the US, and Europe.

    With a small, close-knit head office team, the business offers a rare level of access and variety - giving you the chance to develop deep generalist experience and participate in initiatives that shape culture, engagement, and capability.

    You’ll have a hand in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, while also supporting projects across performance frameworks, internal communication, policy development, talent and diversity and belonging.

    This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, holds relevant degree qualifications and some entry-level HR experience, and is looking to grow their career in a dynamic corporate setting.

    You Will Bring:

    • 1–2 years post-graduate HR generalist experience
    • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and develop
    • Energetic, ethhusiatic to learn and to 'pitch-in' where needed
    • Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease
    • Comfort with HR systems and digital tools, or the willingness to quickly upskill
    • Excellent communication and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
    • A flexible, solutions-focused approach and ability to work with stakeholders across time zones
    • A genuine interest in contributing to people-focused initiatives in a values-led business
