    About the Role:
    We’re on the lookout for a proactive and forward-thinking People & Culture Business Partner who thrives in a dynamic environment. This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. You’ll be instrumental in delivering strategic and operational HR support across the business, helping to drive meaningful change and enhance the employee experience.

    • Partnering with leaders to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to performance reviews and succession planning.
    • Coaching managers through key HR processes and providing expert guidance on people-related matters.
    • Leading and supporting change management initiatives and organisational transformation.
    • Advising on HR best practices, emerging trends, and potential risks to support informed decision-making.
    • Enhancing and updating HR policies and procedures.
    • Driving key People & Culture projects and initiatives.
    • Managing the annual employee engagement survey process.
    • Assisting with recruitment activities as needed.
    About You:
    • Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
    • A hands-on, adaptable approach with a focus on outcomes.
    • Familiarity with SuccessFactors is a plus.
    • A collaborative mindset and a passion for contributing to a positive team culture.
    • High levels of personal credibility, influence, and creativity.
    • Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
