The Opportunity
A values-focused not-for-profit is seeking a dedicated People and Culture Coordinator
to deliver effective HR support and services across a diverse community health workforce.
In this key role, you'll work closely with leaders and staff, providing guidance on recruitment, employee relations, HR systems, payroll support, wellbeing programs, and policy compliance. Your contribution will help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
You Will Bring:
- Experience in a human resources or people operations role
- Strong understanding of employment law, enterprise agreements, and HR processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship skills
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive issues with discretion
- Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and learning initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in community health or not-for-profit sectors is a plus
